- Some of the most important are those that fill shifts, thus increasing revenue, fill-rate and satisfaction of both care professionals and care locations
- The Operations team is small and not able to cope with the numbers of tasks each day
- Much of their time is spent working on tasks that may resolve (fill) on their own, whereas the more lucrative tasks (like proactively finding candidates for a shift) go unattended
